Before + After Home Exterior Makeover - New Construction - Improved Curb Appeal

When I first started my journey of building a custom home, my builder began showing me his pre-existing floor plans. This allowed me to do walk throughs of several previous built homes. I ended up choosing a slightly altered version of the home below and opted for an open floor plan. I wanted to add curb appeal through making roof line changes and adding pillars to the front. I was inspired to do a high contrast black and white color palette. This color combination allowed me to achieve the modern aesthetic of homes built in SoCal.
